- Payments: Casa Tres Vidas requires a 50% deposit due at time of booking.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days for holiday bookings.
- Cancellation/Refund Policy: Upon cancellation deposits are only refundable if space can be re-booked
for the exact same dates minus a $200 service fee. No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
- Rates quoted on a nightly basis. Three night minimum stay, seven night minimum stay for holidays. Rates are subject to change.
- 3 night minimum Summer 5 nights minimum Winter and 7 nights minimum Holiday.
- Group Reservation Deposits and Cancellation Policies: A 50% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Final Payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits and final payments are totally nonrefundable on group Reservations.
